Cool, Dude!

We bought Eden her first pair of shades.  Much to our surprise, she kept them on the entire time we were out.  She got a lot of attention from everybody who passed by.

Bike Ride

Eden went on her first bike ride.  She loved it!  Whenever we stopped, she'd say "more, more."

The Merry Go Round

We went to a park close to Theresa's house. They had several rides for little kids, and Eden was able to ride the Merry Go Round for the first time. She loved it so much that she cried when it stopped and wouldn't let go of her horse. I had to pry her fingers loose.

Playing with the Boys

Eden has a lot of fun playing with her cousins.  I don't know if they felt the same way.  Eden plays very rough.  She's very physical and likes to poke, hug, and lay on top of other kids.  In Carter's case, she has a lot of fun wrestling with him and body slamming him.  Apparently, she does the same thing to the kids at her day care.  I've been told that I was the same way when I was little. 

Christmas in Phoenix

We had a good time in Phoenix.  Unfortunately, Eden was cranky (especially on Christmas) and only wanted her mama.  We tried to take pictures of Eden with her cousins and Nana and Papa.  Unfortunately, she would only sit still for them if I was holding her.  Nonetheless, Eden had fun opening lots and lots of presents from her AZ family.

Classic Christmas Picture

This is a classic picture.  Eden didn't want anything to do with Santa.  She was only ok with him if I held her on my lap while we sat on Santa's lap.

First Real Christmas

We had our own Christmas celebration with Eden before leaving for Arizona.  It was Eden's first real Christmas.  Last Christmas didn't really count since Eden was only about two months old and too young to participate.  I don't think that Eden understood the concept of presents this year, but she had fun opening gifts and playing with the paper.  Her favorite gift was the book about puppies.  She also liked the pink doggie backpack (shown below).  Next Christmas, I'm sure that she'll have a much better appreciation for presents.
